About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform steel and timber framing tasks.
• Execute formwork and concreting for slabs, footings, and walls.
• Install cladding, flooring, and other structural components.
• Participate in commercial and residential fit-outs.
• Handle maintenance and defect repairs.
• Use steel, concrete, and timber materials skillfully.
• Interpret construction plans and drawings effectively.
• Operate tools and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Adhere to all site safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate within a team and adapt to varying site conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Trade qualification in Carpentry.
• Construction White Card or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across Toowoomba and South East Queensland.
• Prior experience in carpentry; formwork expertise is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
