Position Overview

This role involves maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms, floors, and common areas, reporting any needed repairs to the appropriate departments, supporting the hotel team in fulfilling guest requests, and strictly following hygiene standards throughout the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to hotel standards
• Identify and report maintenance needs promptly
• Assist the hotel team in addressing guest needs efficiently
• Adhere to all hygiene protocols within work areas

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hotel room cleaning or housekeeping roles
• Strong service orientation paired with good organizational and teamwork skills
• Neat appearance and competent German language abilities
