Role Overview

As the Customer Success E-Invoicing Specialist, you will serve as the foremost expert on e-invoicing across all company markets. You will spearhead pre-sales support, train internal teams, and transform intricate regulatory frameworks into practical knowledge. This role requires fluency in various e-invoicing standards such as Peppol, EN16931, and country-specific regulations, combined with a strong understanding of market-specific challenges during implementation phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support e-invoicing related conversations with prospects and customers.
• Track and interpret evolving European regulatory requirements, converting them into actionable advice for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Empower and educate the Customer Success team on e-invoicing matters by developing comprehensive training materials and documentation.
• Develop and validate AI-assisted content and instructional videos tailored to different countries, ensuring accuracy prior to publication.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex e-invoicing queries and internal escalations.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude, Trupeer.AI, Make.com, and Confluence into daily tasks for research, content creation, automation, and knowledge management.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in e-invoicing, fiscalization, or tax compliance.
• Demonstrated background in client-facing or consultancy roles.
• In-depth understanding of frameworks such as Peppol, EN16931, and various national mandates, with practical insight into their differences.
• Proficient in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
• Regular and critical user of AI technologies to augment work output, with a habit of rigorously validating AI content.
• Willingness to work remotely within the EU or based in Austria.
• Additional advantage given to candidates with experience in content or video production or familiarity with automation platforms.
