About the Role

Join Hawthorne Residential Partners as a Maintenance Technician III, where you will be instrumental in maintaining well-kept, welcoming apartment communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex maintenance work orders, ensuring timely and professional repair and upkeep.

  • Maintain vacant apartments to move-in ready status following standards.
  • Assist with pool maintenance and cleanliness.

Work Schedule

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a required on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional event assistance.
