Job Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to logistics firms, transporters, and fleet proprietors to promote BlackBuck's range of products and services.
- Communicate and explain logistics solutions, pricing structures, and technology features to prospective clients.
- Develop leads and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve and surpass monthly targets related to business development and sales.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient client onboarding.
- Keep accurate records and provide daily and weekly activity updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum education of 12th pass, diploma, or any degree.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Readiness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain customer connections.
- Goal-driven with a self-starting mindset.
Working Hours
The standard working schedule is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 34,000 along with attractive incentives based on sales achievements.
