Role overview

This position is for a Facility Executive focused on both technical and soft services at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role sits within the Facilities (FCLS) department and is meant for a full-time professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical services

  • Oversee critical power systems such as DG sets, UPS units, panel boards, earthing systems, and LT panels.
  • Monitor HVAC infrastructure, including AHUs, ductable air-conditioning units, VRF/VRV systems, and VFD performance.
  • Coordinate lift operations, including AMC follow-ups, statutory safety certificates, and routine inspection checks.

Soft services
