Role Overview
A leading Asset Management firm is looking to hire a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to provide robust support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of extensive experience working alongside senior executives in a dynamic, investment-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex and detailed calendar management ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency.
- Develop and draft various memos and official communications.
- Coordinate and plan both domestic and international travel arrangements meticulously.
- Manage detailed and nuanced expense report processing with accuracy.
- Conduct research assignments to support leadership team decisions.
- Organize high-profile dinners, galas, and corporate events.
- Serve as a reliable extension and strategic partner to senior executives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ hands-on executive support experience in a fast-paced, demanding investment or financial firm.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce CRM, and Concur expense management tools.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary amounting to $150,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus scheme, comprehensive benefits, and exceptional perks.
