About the Role

A highly esteemed hedge fund headquartered in Greenwich, CT is in search of a proactive and humble Executive Assistant with over eight years of direct experience supporting senior executives. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel plans, organizing schedules, drafting memos and official communications, and arranging appointments along with on-site and off-site meetings and events. The candidate will interact regularly with senior investment community leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage detailed and intricate executive calendars.
• Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries and schedules.
• Prepare and organize memos and official correspondence.
• Arrange appointments and oversee logistics for various meetings and events.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Demonstrate a proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive attitude alongside superior verbal, written communication, and computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Concur software.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Showcase consistent, stable experience in a fast-paced environment providing support to top executives.
• Possess a strong ambition for both professional and financial success.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary ranging from 125,000 to 175,000 annually, contingent on previous experience. This includes a generous bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, and additional perks.
