Overview
This role involves managing comprehensive customer success processes within IT consulting and software engineering automation implementations. The candidate collaborates closely with consultants and delivery teams to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, facilitates actionable consulting results, and oversees effective utilization of tools including platforms enhanced by Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for customer success initiatives related to IT consulting and software engineering automation projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and delivery personnel to accurately interpret customer specifications and translate consulting insights into practical implementations.
- Manage the deployment of solutions involving advanced tools, platforms, and AI technologies such as Generative and Agentic AI.
- Monitor adoption metrics and project outcomes, identify potential risks affecting value realization, and document success stories and lessons learnt to promote knowledge sharing and organizational improvement.
