Role Overview
AJIO is seeking a Customer Service Associate for its inbound support process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position with Credicus Business Services handling the hiring process.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer questions through the designated support channels.
- Address customer issues and share clear, accurate resolutions.
- Work to maintain a strong customer experience and satisfaction level.
- Record interactions properly and follow the company’s procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever a case needs further support.
Who Can Apply
- Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any stream.
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- A Versant Level 6 certification or score is compulsory.
- Strong spoken and written English communication is needed.
- Candidates should be able to resolve queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Work Schedule
- The role follows rotational day shifts.
- Employees will get one rotating weekly off.
Compensation
The package is up to INR 31,050 per month CTC.
