Role Overview

AJIO is seeking a Customer Service Associate for its inbound support process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position with Credicus Business Services handling the hiring process.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer questions through the designated support channels.
• Address customer issues and share clear, accurate resolutions.
• Work to maintain a strong customer experience and satisfaction level.
• Record interactions properly and follow the company’s procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever a case needs further support.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any stream.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• A Versant Level 6 certification or score is compulsory.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is needed.
• Candidates should be able to resolve queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Work Schedule

• The role follows rotational day shifts.
• Employees will get one rotating weekly off.

Compensation

The package is up to INR 31,050 per month CTC.
