About the Role
M/s Shiva Enterprises is seeking a female Back Office Executive for their Kanpur branch. The role involves managing customer communications and supporting office operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer service queries in a polite and clear manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, process order placements and cancellations, and document customer complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, feedback, and the corresponding actions taken.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer requests are addressed appropriately.
- Escalate unresolved issues or special customer requests to relevant departments for further handling.
- Efficiently use computers and laptops for data entry and record keeping.
Candidate Profile

- Should possess clear communication skills and a soft-spoken demeanor.
Compensation and Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 to 18,000 INR, based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
