Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security for guests, staff, and hotel property through vigilant observation and prompt response.
• Conduct investigations into irregular activities and prevent unlawful conduct.
• Operate and maintain security systems and surveillance equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and arranging repairs as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a professional certification or qualification in a security-related discipline.
• Preferably possess prior experience in law enforcement or security roles.
• At least two years of security experience in a 4- to 5-star hotel environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Skilled in CPR, first aid, firefighting, controlling crowds, and traffic management.
• Available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledgeable about emergency response protocols and first aid.
• Familiar with local security laws and regulations.
• Have completed courses or certifications related to the hospitality industry and administration.
• Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures.
