Position Overview

The Kids Club Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, guaranteeing a secure, fun, and stimulating environment for children. The supervisor will lead Kids Club staff, organize activities tailored to various age groups, uphold safety protocols, and ensure exceptional service delivery to children and their families.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, Leisure Management, or related disciplines.
• Holds 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality, or educational settings.
• Supervisory experience is desired.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
• Experience in resorts, hotels, holiday parks, or family entertainment venues is beneficial.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
