Role Overview

  • Work closely with business units and stakeholders to accurately fill open vacancies.
  • Lead recruitment projects autonomously and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Assist the employer branding team with developing targeted recruiting strategies and participate in trade fairs and events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed degree and approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within consulting or the mid-sized business environment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for engaging and motivating people while building sustainable relationships.
  • Solid expertise in consulting recruitment, active sourcing, and conducting interviews.
  • An empathetic, independent working style along with strong teamwork and communication skills. You also continuously expand your understanding of your target group and keep up with current industry trends.
