Role Overview
If you have a passion for recruiting and aspire to make a meaningful impact, this position offers you the chance to join an international recruiting team and help shape the successful future of MHP. You will play a key role in connecting people and guiding candidates through their decision-making process. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will be instrumental in filling positions within the consulting and SAP domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP and consulting roles, starting from identifying needs to successfully onboarding candidates.
- Perform active sourcing and direct outreach to potential candidates via appropriate recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews independently and professionally support candidates throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Work closely with business units and stakeholders to accurately fill open vacancies.
- Lead recruitment projects autonomously and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Assist the employer branding team with developing targeted recruiting strategies and participate in trade fairs and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed degree and approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within consulting or the mid-sized business environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for engaging and motivating people while building sustainable relationships.
- Solid expertise in consulting recruitment, active sourcing, and conducting interviews.
- An empathetic, independent working style along with strong teamwork and communication skills. You also continuously expand your understanding of your target group and keep up with current industry trends.
Additional Information
- Start Date: Flexible, typically beginning of a month.
- Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours) with 30 days of annual leave.
- Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 2 years.
- Department: Corporate Functions.
- Languages: Fluent German and at least B2 level English required.
- Other: Valid work permit required; if necessary, assistance with work permit application will be provided but may affect start date.
