About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Company Secretary to join a well-established professional services firm based in Dundalk, County Louth. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with onsite presence and remote work on Fridays plus a half-day finish. The role involves significant exposure to senior leadership and offers a supportive environment with strong emphasis on professional growth and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive company secretarial services across a diverse client portfolio ensuring full compliance with Irish company law.
- Prepare and submit statutory documents including CRO and RBO filings, Annual Returns, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Draft board meeting minutes, written resolutions, and various governance documentation.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters and statutory compliance to clients.
- Assist with corporate restructures, transactions, and other compliance-related projects.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on governance and compliance issues.
Candidate Profile
- CGI qualified or approaching qualification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Company Secretarial functions, Corporate Compliance, or Governance.
- Strong understanding of Irish corporate law and compliance requirements.
- Highly organized, proactive, client-oriented, and attentive to detail.
