About the Role
iMarque Solutions, a rapidly growing BPO in South India since 2004, is seeking a dedicated Tamil-speaking HR Recruiter to join its recruitment team at the Teynampet office in Chennai. This full-time position requires a proactive individual capable of managing the recruitment cycle for varied roles while maintaining excellent candidate experience standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates utilizing job portals, social networks, referrals, and diverse recruitment outlets.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews fluently in both Tamil and English languages.
- Organize interview appointments effectively between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools diligently.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with candidates during the entire recruitment process.
- Handle salary negotiations and assist in the formal offer deployment.
- Ensure timely completion and closure of open job requisitions.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pool for upcoming recruitment demands.
- Prepare detailed recruitment reports and regularly refresh hiring statuses.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least one year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with strong communication aptitudes are encouraged to apply.
- Mandatory fluency in Tamil with preferred proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office suite and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet recruitment targets consistently.
