Job Overview
Suits Workspaces Private Limited based in Jaipur is seeking a proactive and well-organized HR & Business Operations Executive to collaborate directly with the leadership team. This role extends beyond traditional HR duties by including business operations, administrative support, client coordination, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes including interviews, onboarding, and employee document management.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, HR files, and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
- Review and summarize critical client emails, highlighting essential issues for management's attention.
- Take minutes during meetings and manage action trackers effectively.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely task completion.
- Update and maintain daily MIS reports, trackers, and management dashboards.
- Follow up with employees and vendors to resolve pending tasks.
- Assist management in streamlining internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Must be a graduate; MBA or HR specialization is preferred.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, administration, executive assistance, or operations roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while handling sensitive information confidentially.
