Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Office and Academic Counsellor responsible for managing student counseling and fundamental front office tasks. This role requires effective communication with students and parents to explain course offerings, features, and benefits, and to successfully convert prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students and parents through phone calls as part of inside sales efforts.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Clearly articulate course details and advantages to prospective clients.
- Consistently follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain call records and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Serve as the main contact point for incoming calls and client interactions.
- Handle basic billing and registration procedures.
- Achieve set monthly enrollment targets.
Candidate Requirements
- A graduate or postgraduate degree holder.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English communication. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is advantageous.
- Ability to perform well in a target-oriented role.
- Preferably available to join immediately.
Skills Needed

Work Schedule
The role requires availability six days a week with Tuesday off. Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Weekend work is essential due to peak studio activity during those times.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges between INR 20,000 and 27,000, complemented by performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include internet reimbursement, paid sick leave, and paid time off. Work Location
The job is based in Chennai with options to work from either the Kilpauk or Kodambakkam studio locations.
