Vindhya e-Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives to work across its locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and other delivery centers depending on the assigned process.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively within service level agreements.
- Log and maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance rules.
- Achieve targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while upholding a professional demeanor.
Candidate Eligibility
- Educational qualifications: completed 12th grade, diploma, or graduate degree.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates depending on the process.
- Good command of English communication; regional language skills are a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency required.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts if needed.
