Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).
  • Develop account plans, sales strategies, and business forecasts for assigned key accounts.
  • Understand client business objectives and align IT infrastructure solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery, OEM partners) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
