Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).
- Develop account plans, sales strategies, and business forecasts for assigned key accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and align IT infrastructure solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery, OEM partners) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, End-User Computing).
- Proven track record in handling large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
