Low Voltage Project Manager

Job Overview

This role involves managing and supporting the weak current system installations and IT equipment operations for Keemart stores and warehouses primarily based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with additional responsibilities covering international projects in the Middle East and Latin America. The position covers the entire project lifecycle from design through construction management to ongoing operation and maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for weak current engineering in overseas retail warehouses and stores, including planning, design, construction supervision, acceptance, and review stages.
• Coordinate engineering quality, progress, supplier relationships, and customer satisfaction to ensure project deliverables meet expected standards.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of IT equipment such as desktops, computers, printers, PDAs, CCTV, access control systems, and environmental sensors to guarantee smooth business operations.
• Deploy, debug, and maintain IT network devices including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points, while understanding network routing and wireless protocols.
• Provide 24/7 IT operation and maintenance support addressing network disconnections, terminal connectivity issues, and IoT hardware malfunctions, performing remote or on-site troubleshooting to maintain IT infrastructure performance.
• Coordinate broadband activation, organize resistance clearance, and manage long-term broadband resource procurement.
• Support local IT equipment troubleshooting and offer professional technical assistance for stores and warehouses post-opening.
• Assist Keemart's international business operations through drawing design, remote IT incident handling, and project follow-ups across multiple countries.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Candidate must respect and adapt to local Muslim cultural practices.
• Possess a college degree or higher, preferably in computer science, communication engineering, system integration, or related disciplines.
• Have three or more years’ experience as a weak current project manager or in IT support roles; CISCO or Huawei networking certifications are preferred.
• Proficient in drawing and designing weak current systems and familiar with network equipment principles and fault diagnostics.
• Experienced in IT desktop support, operations, and maintenance.
• Willingness to undertake long-term assignments in a designated Middle Eastern city with readiness for on-site visits and support activities across other cities and countries in the region.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with compensatory time off, strong responsibility, resilience, and availability for occasional fault repairs and project support on a 7-days-a-week, 2-shifts basis.
