Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Implementation Manager responsible for onboarding enterprise clients and ensuring their sustainable success as the company scales. The role requires ownership of the entire client implementation process, ensuring timely launches, fulfillment of client requirements, and seamless delivery of programs to members.

The Implementation Manager will act as the central project leader coordinating across diverse client stakeholders including HR, benefits, wellness, medical directors, and technical teams to translate contractual terms into effective implementations. This cross-functional position collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Care teams and reports directly to the Co-founder of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client implementation plans from initiation through deployment and transition to Client Success teams.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects adhering to strict timelines.
  • Collect detailed business requirements and convert them into precise internal specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders involved in implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaborative efforts involving Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care.

  • Develop and refine operational playbooks and best practices to support scaling of the Implementation function.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess at least five years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or program management in digital health, benefits, or comparable B2B2C sectors, with proven success in delivering complex projects on schedule and scope.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust across various client levels including project leads and executives, with the capacity to navigate sensitive discussions professionally and empathically.
  • Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, able to organize ambiguous tasks, enforce accountability among cross-functional teams, and maintain detailed oversight.
  • Possess an analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and employing analytics tools to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and confirm launch readiness.
  • Exude an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, capable of operating independently while crafting scalable processes.
  • Adapt readily to dynamic remote work environments, showing creativity in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Have a deep empathy for individuals with autoimmune conditions, with or without personal experience of such conditions, able to authentically relate and communicate the lived experiences to customers.
  • Maintain a beginner's mindset focused on continual learning, fundamental problem-solving, inquisitiveness, and openness to novel methods.
