Role Overview
This position is centered on expanding insurance business through bancassurance-led sales efforts in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role combines sales ownership, team leadership, channel development, and stakeholder management to help deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance across multiple insurance products and work toward consistent achievement of target numbers.
- Guide, coach, and develop branch managers or sales teams, while strengthening relationships that support better market reach.
- Drive business development through field calls, partner training, and disciplined execution of sales processes and compliance norms.
- Maintain productive relationships with bank staff and other important stakeholders to support revenue growth.
- Track team output on a regular basis, organize training interventions, and ensure sales plans are followed effectively.
