The company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide organized, detail-focused support for onboarding, project coordination, and broader corporate functions. This position assists the C-suite with scheduling and travel, onboarding and compliance coordination, systems administration, internal communication, and cross-functional project support.

  • Act as a polished point of contact for employees, vendors, and external partners

People Team Support

  • Assist with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Oracle HCM, Workday, and UKG
  • Help coordinate onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions

Process Support

  • Support recruiting and hiring activities as required
  • Improve administrative workflows and overall organization
  • Track data related to headcount, training, and compliance tasks

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as ADP, Workday, UKG, or Oracle
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
