Role Overview
Everyday Coffee Company is a fast-growing Dunkin’ franchise partner with new store openings happening across several states every year. To support that pace of expansion, the business needs strong administrative help and well-run internal operations.
The company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide organized, detail-focused support for onboarding, project coordination, and broader corporate functions. This position assists the C-suite with scheduling and travel, onboarding and compliance coordination, systems administration, internal communication, and cross-functional project support.
The right person will be proactive, dependable, service-minded, and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.

Core Responsibilities
Administrative and Office Support
- Deliver everyday administrative support to the People Team and company leadership
- Handle calendars, meeting scheduling, conference coordination, and related logistics
- Draft agendas, presentations, correspondence, and internal messages
- Arrange travel, events, and team activities when needed
- Act as a polished point of contact for employees, vendors, and external partners
People Team Support
- Assist with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Oracle HCM, Workday, and UKG
- Help coordinate onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions
Process Support
- Support recruiting and hiring activities as required
- Improve administrative workflows and overall organization
- Track data related to headcount, training, and compliance tasks
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as ADP, Workday, UKG, or Oracle
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
