Rotating Technician I

We are seeking a Rotating Technician I to maintain rotating equipment in optimal condition by handling installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems to required standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and coordinate team assembly.
• Oversee ongoing jobs, providing progress updates to the Foreman.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material availability efficiently.
• Arrange necessary work permits prior to commencing operations.
• Offer technical guidance on proper tools and equipment usage to technicians.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain accurate SAP records, including input data, historical logs, and actual working hours.
• Participate in daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Ensure strict adherence to SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Promote compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work protocols, and PPE usage per SATORP requirements.
• Encourage reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts.
• Take part in safety audits and attend scheduled safety and technical training sessions.
• Note: Only Saudi nationals will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a diploma.
• Expertise in maintenance management within Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a proactive approach and excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within large organizations.
• Sound judgment under pressure with effective problem-solving skills.
• Competent in strategic management practices.
• Able to deliver business outcomes in multicultural environments.
• Willing and able to undertake international travel and reside in Saudi Arabia.
