  • Conduct impact analyses of proposed changes on project scope, schedule, and budget, devising mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth implementation.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to secure favorable commercial terms and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Identify and assess contract risks, developing mitigation plans and ensuring stakeholder awareness.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations; keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting contract terms.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance contract management processes by adopting best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all contract negotiations and agreements, preparing regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for senior management.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers to align contract terms with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 20 years of professional experience, with extensive exposure to contract management preferably within EPC, PMC, or analogous environments.

  • Proficiency with contract management software and related tools.
