About the Role

We have a remarkable opportunity for a committed Regional Operations Director to lead multiple care homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. This healthcare provider specializes in nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care, operating new-build facilities that offer exceptional luxury and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic and day-to-day operations of all care homes and services in the East region.
  • Support and mentor operations managers to ensure excellent care delivery and compliance with regulations.

  • Drive ongoing improvements in care quality, resident satisfaction, and clinical results.

  • Assist with recruitment, retention, and succession planning for management roles across the region.
