About the Role and Requirements
We seek a qualified candidate with a degree in computer science, business administration, or legal advisory fields. Candidates should bring at least one year of experience specifically in information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance contexts. Prior practical involvement in compliance-centric roles is essential. A solid understanding of administrative, technical/logical, and physical information security controls is required, along with familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, and the EU AI Act. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and CVSS version 4 is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary. Candidates should be comfortable working with information technology, systems, and data, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude. Responsibility and eagerness to learn new systems and procedures are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Information Security Exception Management process ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain and update Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews and enhancements collaborating with stakeholders.
- Support information security initiatives and projects, tracking progress and reporting timelines.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding information security, assist with security questionnaires, and support business tenders from a security perspective.
- Participate in both internal and external information security audits.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify opportunities for security improvements and present recommendations to management.
Additional Information
- Oversee timely removal of expired exceptions in the Information Security policy exception process.
- Ensure new KRIs are developed as necessary to remain current and relevant.
