Responsibilities

• Independently manage payroll processing.
• Maintain and administer employee master data and payroll-relevant information.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll and social security-related matters.
• Handle reporting and certification processes.
• Collaborate with authorities, health insurance providers, and external service partners.
• Process partial retirement arrangements.
• Manage and maintain time management systems.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration.
• Excellent knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
• Proficient in payroll systems, preferably SAP.
• Structured, meticulous, and service-oriented work approach with enjoyment in interacting with people.
