Responsibilities
- Independently manage payroll processing.
- Maintain and administer employee master data and payroll-relevant information.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and social security-related matters.
- Handle reporting and certification processes.
- Collaborate with authorities, health insurance providers, and external service partners.
- Process partial retirement arrangements.
- Manage and maintain time management systems.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration.
- Excellent knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
- Proficient in payroll systems, preferably SAP.
- Structured, meticulous, and service-oriented work approach with enjoyment in interacting with people.
