We are seeking a diligent Work Management Centre Service Representative to join our Energy and Utilities division based in Auckland. This role centers on delivering outstanding customer service across various business teams, fostering strong relationships with our customers and clients.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service with excellent communication and skills in managing customer issues and conflicts.
- A cooperative team player committed to shared objectives and continuous quality enhancement.
- Proficiency in keyboarding with demonstrated speed and competence in handling computerized systems including databases, email, and Windows-based software.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand our services and products swiftly, or prior knowledge thereof.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, showing responsibility, initiative, and dedication.
- Collaborative team member actively contributing to achieving team targets.
