Role Overview
As a Room Service Waiter, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences while embodying the high service standards of Shangri-La Dubai. This role requires cordial, professional interaction with guests and ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
Key Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the Room Service department.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and with professionalism.
- Provide attentive, tailored service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain seamless operations within the assigned section.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest experiences.
- Ensure a memorable in-room dining atmosphere for all guests.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for food and beverage service, particularly room service.
- Preferably has prior experience in a luxury dining setting or within a five-star international hotel in a similar capacity.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering outstanding service.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage quality.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
