Role Overview

We are currently seeking Voice Support Associates to join our international voice support team. This role involves managing real-time voice calls predominantly focused on international customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls efficiently.
Deliver quality support to customers in an international voice process setting.
Maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
Adapt to rotational shifts including night schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Minimum of 6 months experience working in an international voice process environment.
Availability to join immediately or within 15 days (notice period considered).

Compensation and Work Details

CTC ranges from 2.25 to 3.5 LPA depending on experience.
Work location is at Sutherland’s Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite the Perungalathur Railway Station.
Five-day work week with rotational night shifts.
Two-way cab transportation provided within a 25 km radius based on shift timings.
Work from office requirement.

Selection Process

HR interview conducted virtually or as a walk-in.
Skill development panel interview.
Voice assessment test.
