About the Role
Become a vital part of developing AI communication by providing authentic voice recordings that help train advanced speech systems. This position involves recording natural speech to enhance AI's ability to interact more realistically and accurately with people across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and natural audio samples by reading preset scripts and engaging with conversational prompts.
- Adjust tone, speed, and style accordingly to showcase a range of speech variations.
- Maintain clean recordings, ensuring no background noise interference.
- Accurately fill out metadata forms detailing each session's specifics.
- Engage in both scripted and spontaneous conversational recording activities.
- Operate independently on a flexible schedule, managing tasks asynchronously.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a clear and natural speaking voice without the need for professional training.
- Have access to a quiet area suitable for recording.
- Own a microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of quality audio capture.
- Comfortable with reading aloud and being recorded.
- Reliable and self-motivated to complete assignments independently.
- Previous experience in voice acting, broadcasting, or artificial intelligence is not necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Background in podcasting, narration, broadcasting, or public speaking is advantageous.
- Familiarity with audio recording technologies or software is beneficial.
- Ability to modulate voice across diverse tones and styles such as conversational, formal, or expressive.
