About the Role
We are seeking Health Informatics Analysts who possess expertise in clinical data to contribute to innovative AI initiatives. Partnering with premier AI research groups worldwide, Alignerr is developing smarter, more precise AI models. Your comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and clinical workflows will be instrumental in this effort.

- Time Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated outputs related to healthcare content, clinical data, and EHR information for precision and quality.
- Use your health information systems expertise to detect inaccuracies, deficiencies, and areas needing enhancement in AI responses.
- Examine and annotate healthcare datasets, clinical documentation, and medical processes to support AI training development.
- Offer organized and expert evaluations regarding the accuracy, thoroughness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with an international team of domain specialists and AI researchers.
- Assist in refining AI models’ comprehension of clinical terminology, patient details, and healthcare workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in handling healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation, reporting, or identifying trends.
- Knowledgeable about clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Capable of clear and concise written communication of findings.
- Detail-focused, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Experienced in systematically evaluating intricate information at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data annotation, quality analysis, or evaluation methodologies.
- Education or experience in health informatics, clinical informatics, or biomedical data science.
- Familiarity with interoperability protocols such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding standards.
- Previous involvement with AI, machine learning, or large language model evaluation processes.
