Job Overview

This role involves hands-on service delivery involving timely pickup and delivery of shipments, primarily field work within assigned routes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring shipments are connected seamlessly from their own route and actively developing the territory to grow business with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service by ensuring timely and intact pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Manage and connect shipments collected specifically from assigned routes.
• Actively develop and enhance the assigned territory or route.
• Expand business by cultivating relationships with existing customers on the route.
• Generate new sales leads within the territory.
• Maintain professional appearance and continuously update product and operational knowledge.
• Gather and share information on competitors.
