Territory Service Representative (TSR) - Biker and Van Operations

Overview

The position of Territory Service Representative involves hands-on management of package delivery and pickup, primarily focusing on bikers for delivery and operations staff for van pickup and delivery routes. The role is situated in Secunderābād, Telangana, requiring full-time presence onsite and involves ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused shipment handling.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and perform scanning of shipments.
• Conduct primary and secondary sorting of shipments.
• Outscan shipments according to designated delivery routes.
• Deliver shipments strictly to the package address listed.
• Obtain customer acknowledgment through a personal device (BYOD).
• Update accurate status codes for undelivered shipments at customer addresses.
• Carry out delivery as per training guidelines.
• Submit cash on delivery (COD) amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Return undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags at delivery points.
• For van delivery staff, load shipments route-wise with proper tally, ensure delivery to the correct customers, and manage delivery documentation such as POD/FOD/DOD and COD.
• Meet Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and Service Quality (SQ) targets.
• Implement appointment delivery processes and exhibit a customer-centric approach.

Pickup Responsibilities

• Perform pickups following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Arrive punctually at customer locations adhering to cutoff times.
• Verify if the pickup location is serviceable.
• Count shipments with customer acknowledgment on pickup sheets.
• Inscan shipments at the office and handle rapid entry processing.
• Conduct primary and secondary sorting, bagging, and load canvas bags onto vehicles.
• For van operations, execute airwaybill and invoice tallies, ensure relevant regulatory paperwork is collected, and check shipment conditions at pickup.
• Reach locations timely to maintain connections.

Additional Information

The job mandates proper adherence to dress code and operation protocols to facilitate smooth and efficient delivery and pickup processes. Regular coordination with supervisors for cash and undelivered shipments is required.
