About the Role
We are seeking motivated Travel Sales Consultants to join our team working remotely, primarily handling Australian market clients.
Responsibilities
- Sell airline tickets to Australian customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Utilize Galileo reservation system efficiently for booking flights.
- Meet monthly sales targets via effective communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Provide a superior customer experience ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Work night shifts as required by the role.
- Operate with a reliable laptop, headphones, and stable internet connectivity from home.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales or international BPO, specifically in travel, is preferred.
- Strong English language communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
