About the Role

We are seeking motivated Travel Sales Consultants to join our team working remotely, primarily handling Australian market clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell airline tickets to Australian customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Utilize Galileo reservation system efficiently for booking flights.
• Meet monthly sales targets via effective communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Provide a superior customer experience ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Work night shifts as required by the role.
• Operate with a reliable laptop, headphones, and stable internet connectivity from home.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales or international BPO, specifically in travel, is preferred.
• Strong English language communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
