About the Role
Join as a Territory Sales Manager reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager, positioned as an Assistant Manager level role. This position offers the chance to lead a sales territory with responsibility for enhancing broadband customer acquisitions and implementing the complete Go-To-Market strategy within the DSL business segment via a widespread distribution network.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expand and reinforce the distribution and sales network by maximizing the number of selling outlets within the designated territory while ensuring excellent service for existing customers.
- Analyze market demographics to tailor and drive sales strategies aimed at different customer segments, optimizing channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Actively manage relationships through ongoing engagement with retailers and Field Sales Executives to sustain business momentum.
- Develop and maintain strong business connections with residential and market associations to support network rollout efforts and business growth.
- Promote cross-selling of Postpaid and DTH services to existing DSL customers to enhance revenue streams.
- Coordinate with Market Planning and Project Teams to ensure network expansion and augmentation that aligns with business objectives.
