Telesales Executive (Oriya Language)

About the Role

Globiva Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Telesales Executives fluent in Oriya to join their banking process team. The position is based in Kolkata at the P.S. Srijan Tech Park, Sector V.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers who have expressed interest in personal loans via the bank's official website.
• Clearly communicate the features and advantages of personal loan products tailored to customer needs.
• Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the loan application process, maintaining professionalism and clarity.

Work Schedule

• Shift timings are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Work is scheduled six days a week with Sundays fixed as weekly off.

Compensation

• For freshers, a monthly in-hand salary of ₹15,000 is offered.
• Experienced candidates receive a monthly in-hand salary of ₹17,000.
• Performance-based incentives range from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000.

Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The role requires working on-site at the office location.
