About the Role
Globiva Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the role of Customer Sales Executive based in Sector 5, Kolkata. This position involves upselling in the ecommerce sector through an active sales process with rotational off days, working six days a week on a fixed day shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling activities within the ecommerce sales domain.
- Perform sales and customer support functions to enhance business growth.
Candidate Criteria
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking, telecalling, outbound sales, or customer support with official documentation.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on English proficiency (minimum V4 level).
- Immediate availability to join required.
- Age between 18 and 34 years.
Work Schedule and Location
- Fixed day shift based in Sector 5, Kolkata.
- Six working days with rotational off days.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹16,000.
- Incentives based on performance with potential earnings up to ₹20,000 per month.
- Total CTC for experienced candidates can be ₹19,000 with ₹15,300 in-hand.
