Gain comprehensive knowledge of the laundry and dry cleaning business.
Manage inbound customer calls daily to ensure smooth and positive customer interactions.
Effectively communicate business processes to customers, convincing them of the value of our services.
Interact professionally with premium clients, clearly explaining service offerings and distinguishing factors in the market.
Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate orders, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain transparency about pricing, services, and turnaround times.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Provide clarity to customers regarding prices, order details, delivery schedules, and timing.

Basic proficiency in English and Hindi speaking skills.
Confidence in speaking, customer handling, and communication.
Open to freshers willing to learn and manage daily operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capable of performing outbound sales calls and converting leads as well as inbound calls into confirmed orders.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with billing software, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel.
Professional attitude coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
