Job Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the laundry and dry cleaning business.
• Manage inbound customer calls daily to ensure smooth and positive customer interactions.
• Effectively communicate business processes to customers, convincing them of the value of our services.
• Interact professionally with premium clients, clearly explaining service offerings and distinguishing factors in the market.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate orders, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain transparency about pricing, services, and turnaround times.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Provide clarity to customers regarding prices, order details, delivery schedules, and timing.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Basic proficiency in English and Hindi speaking skills.
• Confidence in speaking, customer handling, and communication.
• Open to freshers willing to learn and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of performing outbound sales calls and converting leads as well as inbound calls into confirmed orders.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with billing software, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Professional attitude coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
