Job Details
- Location: Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR
- Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US timing)
- Salary Range: ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 per month plus incentives
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business prospects through telephone calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Engage with clients and build lasting professional relationships
- Clearly communicate service offerings to potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases
- Maintain detailed records of leads and client follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless client onboarding
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development principles
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts corresponding to US shift hours
- Results-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience
