Job Overview
Lead and inspire a dynamic team focused on exceeding revenue goals related to Pearson school qualifications in the Dubai region. This role involves driving growth through effective management of strategic partner relationships, optimizing team delivery, and championing Pearson's brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in assessment and qualifications to guide the team effectively.
- Drive the team to surpass revenue targets for school qualifications, including personal sales goals.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to inform senior leadership.
- Coordinate efforts with training, marketing, and product teams to align regional initiatives with growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as school groups and ministries to enhance opportunities and brand presence.
- Lead, coach, and manage direct reports by setting clear objectives, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating a positive, high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in assessment, with a preference for UK qualifications.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams within education or related industries.
- Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets and fostering strong client relationships.
- Skilled in pipeline management, performance reporting, and collaborative cross-functional work.
- Established people management capabilities.
