Role overview
This position is for a Team Lead in Desktop Support focused on US clients and night-shift operations. The role is a permanent work-from-home opportunity based in Pune, India.
Experience and technical background
The candidate should bring at least 4 years of experience in desktop support, along with hands-on work in O365 administration, Active Directory, SCCM, and RMM. A minimum of 2 years in a team lead capacity is also needed. Experience with US client support is preferred.
Core responsibilities
The role includes leading a support team, managing client interactions, maintaining service quality, and overseeing training-related activities. The person should also be able to coordinate desktop support operations and handle end-user and helpdesk issues effectively.
Candidate profile
Strong English communication skills are essential, along with demonstrated team-handling experience. The profile should show no career gaps. Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts and should be ready to operate from home on a permanent basis.
